Compatibility

CarPlay: Requires iPhone 6 or newer running iOS 10 or above. Your car must have factory (OEM) wired CarPlay.

Android Auto: Requires Android 11 or above. Huawei and Honor devices are not supported (EMUI is not compatible with Android Auto).

Not compatible with: BMW, Tesla, and select other models with non-standard OEM systems. If you’re unsure about your vehicle, contact us before purchasing.

Troubleshooting Tips

• Sound delay? Turn off unused Bluetooth devices nearby — interference from other signals can cause lag. Disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth usually resolves it.
• Android Auto not connecting? Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are both enabled on your phone, your car’s original Bluetooth is unpaired from your phone, and no other device is connected to the adapter’s Bluetooth.
• Can’t find Android Auto? On Android 9 or 10, download the Android Auto app manually from the Google Play Store.
